A great savory breakfast dish to start your day.
This quiche is easy to put together resulting in a nice light and savory breakfast treat. I have to admit that breakfast during the week is usually either a yogurt, a muffin or other pastry, cereal, fruit, or breakfast bar. Not totally bad choices, however, on the weekends I like to put a little more effort into making breakfast.
Also, if you add a salad, and fruit, this would be great for brunch/lunch meal. In fact, I am sure that this light, fluffy custard baked in a flaky pie crust could be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I will let you make the choice.
