This One Pan Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet is the most delicious dish and a cinch to put together.
The “what’s for dinner” challenge. I try so hard to have a plan for dinner for the week all figured out in advance. Doing so, saves a lot of time. However, sometimes for whatever reason my plan does not work out.
So I draw a complete blank and sit, empty headed trying to answer the “what’s for dinner” question. We go through the “how about this”, “how about that” – and of course none of the suggestions sound good.
Well, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this One Pan Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet recipe over at The Cookie Rookie, and it was the goldmine for my family. You can find the full recipe there.
To begin, it only has 6 ingredients, and I usually have 4 of those ingredients on hand. Add the cubed chicken breast and Italian dressing and that is pretty much it. Real nice, right?
Easy quick, and delicious.
This One Pan Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet took no time to put together. Simply cube the chicken breast, add the dressing, stir in the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 15 minutes. So simple, yet you would think it took a much longer time to prepare.
While this was simmering, I put a salad together, served with garlic bread and a glass of wine.
This One Pan Chicken Parmesan Skillet is family tested and approved. You have got to try it. I know you and your family will enjoy it as much as we did. Of course you cannot go wrong with chicken and pasta. You may also try my Quick Chicken with Spinach and Pasta. Another great quick and easy chicken/pasta dish.
