“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade” is a proverbial phase used to encourage optimism and a positive can-do attitude in the face of adversity or misfortune.  Lemons suggest sourness or difficulty in life, while lemonade is a sweet drink.”                                                                                                                             (more information found here)

This is the current story of my life.  I am always amazed at how giving some folks a little power makes them believe they are above all!  It’s about power and control.  I am also amazed how miserable people try to make everyone around them miserable too.   Ok, I am done.

But, but, but, hey……I am not going there.

Enough said!  I am going to stay positive and make some lemonade!

So, I have this nifty little  Presto Homeade Electric Lemonade Maker which is great for mixing up a batch of refreshing, homemade lemonade in a flash.  I bought this many years ago at a yard sale, and it had been hidden away on a shelf in the storage room.  Under the circumstances, I think I need to put it to use.

I must say that this Presto Homeade Electric Lemonade Maker really comes in handy for making some great tasting lemonade.  But if you cannot find one, using a manual citrus squeezer will get the job done.  The goal here is to make lemonade with those lemons!  Usually I will get my bag of lemons from Costco. They are on the large side and are a much better deal than in the grocery store.
